Heather grew up in a small rural town, and later moved to Toronto to pursue a diploma in Spa and Business Management. She enjoyed (and still enjoys!) spending her days exploring Queen Street West, painting and drawing, as well as finding any excuse to meet up for coffee.

When she was nineteen years old, and just wrapping up her final semester

of college, Heather received news that her father Scotty had passed away

due to drug-related causes.

She was devastated and knew that the grief she felt was taking a toll on her body and her spirit. She felt even more isolated when she realized that her post-secondary institute had difficulty providing support for a loss of this magnitude. In an act of self-love, she began to explore other options available to her - and began to learn abour Reiki and the history behind energy healing.

After spending time on the treatment table, Reiki healing helped Heather to regain some peace and normalcy in her life which allowed to experience her grief without wallowing in it. This wasn't the only shift she encountered, she also experienced what Gabrielle Bernstein describes as "a whisper that turns into a roar."

While she discovered more about different branches of spirituality such as meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, yoga and crystal healing, the whispering Heather had heard was now, as predicted, a loud roar.

She continues to be a student of the Universe and constantly seeks opportunities to learn and expand on her knowledge. Heather hopes that by sharing her findings and offering spitirual support, she is able to help others who are experiencing sadness, grief or discontentment.
